Waeva has collaborated with renowned artists and musicians worldwide to create personalized products for their customers. You tell us what you want, and our talented artists will create a product specially customized for you.

 

Product

Waeva will artistically create wallpaper, ringtone, or screen saver and deliver it to you monthly via email. The type of product/products you receive is based upon your selection in the sign in page. You are asked to provide us with the words you desire on the product. Please refrain from explicit, derogatory, racial, or offensive words.

Cell phones product specifications

(i) Wallpapers – Wallpapers come in many sizes and formats. Please limit the number of characters to 20 or less. Characters over twenty tend to look too cluttered. Please refrain from explicit, derogatory, racial, or offensive words.

 

(ii) Ringtones – Ringtones are created in mp3 format and should be tested on your phone before purchasing. Please refrain from explicit, derogatory, racial, or offensive words. Due to restrictions of the size of files, please limit words to 20 or less.

 

(iii) Screen Savers – Screen savers come in many sizes and formats. Please limit the number of characters to 20 or less. Characters over twenty tend to look too cluttered. Please refrain from explicit, derogatory, racial, or offensive words.

Delivery

Products will be delivered within five business days after the order is placed.. The product/products will be delivered to any device that connects to the internet and is capable of receiving emails. You are required to ensure that the email address you provide is valid and is capable of receiving the product you subscribed for.

Payment Information

By accepting these standard terms, you authorize WAEVA to automatically charge the credit card you have provided. All refund requests must comply with WAEVA's Refund Policy. You agree to notify WAEVA regarding any billing issues or disputes within 30 days after they have been charged. If any issues or disputes are not brought to WAEVA's attention within this term, you waive your right to dispute them. Any issues can be sent to customersupport@waeva.com.

Refund Policy

Sometimes, though, no matter how hard we try, a problem will arise. We are sorry if this happens to you. In such an event, we have a REFUND POLICY:

If the merchandise you receive is incorrect or damaged, notify us immediately by e-mail at technicalsupport@waeva.com. We will make every effort to remedy the situation. If we have a duplicate or the correct product, we will send it to you. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.
